Lest I think I’m a serious blogger

Time to bring on the goofy:

You guys need to help me out with this one. Where do you think The Hat should travel in New Jersey? I don’t know if Guy’s hat is coming to me or not yet, but I want to be ready. A girl’s gotta show a funky hat a good time, right?

Don’t you just love the creativity in the blogosphere? This Hat Tour is going to be a hoot to follow.

  1. Remind me where in Jersey you are…
‘Cause I have some ideas. The Jershey shore, of course, (especially one with a boardwalk–I prefer Ocean City). McMillan’s Bakery (in Haddon Township). You could take it to the Philly Zoo for a day–it would be good if you get it before the elephants leave. Walt Whitman’s grave (which also happens to be the same cemetery as my grandparents and other sundry relatives–say hi to them if you go). If you’re feeling brave, Campbell’s (tomato soup’s oh-so fun, mm-mm good, possibilities…). Princeton’s campus is beautiful. I love Collingswood’s downtown area. And the Ritz. Take it to the show at the Ritz.
Okay, I’ll stop now. I’m getting homesick. Going to go cry in my green tea.

  5. I think the hat needs to come visit my pool. Two Alltop bloggers in one visit?

The Anheiser-Busch plant? One of the many Revolutionary War places of significance? Oh - how about the Red Mill? I think that was voted the most picturesque spot in NJ or something.
